About The Project

Location: New Orleans, LA

This project features the renovation of an iconic mid-century office building into a luxury hotel and residential complex. Managed by Woodward Tishman, A Joint Venture, the project involved extensive renovation and the addition of a new five-story podium. Our company contributed from the beginning, starting with a temporary roof installation and later implementing the Soprema Modified Bitumen SBS Torched System and Soprema Liquid Applied Roof System across various roofs.
