We include all documents requested on the contract documents, which can be from workmanship and manufacturer’s warranties to operation manuals, maintenance instructions, as-built drawings, and any other document.
Closeout documents and warranties are critical for your final payments. Some projects held a percentage on retainage which won’t be released for payment until they receive the closeout documents.

Yes, we can definitely work on the as-built shop drawings. We’ll need the original shop drawings along with the marked-up changes made during the project to proceed.
