LINK Outsourcing is based in San José, Costa Rica’s capital city.

Our team consists of skilled professionals (architects and engineers) with demonstrated experience in the roofing industry. We continuously invest in training and development to ensure our team remains up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

We utilize various communication channels, including email, phone, chat, and video conferencing. Our team is flexible and can adapt to our clients’ specific needs and ways of working.

We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when required by our clients, These agreements serve as a formal commitment to maintaining the privacy and security of sensitive data, providing our clientele with peace of mind regarding the protection of their confidential information.

LINK Outsourcing has three different ways of operating.
1. Dedicated Employee or Team: LINK will provide a full-time employee (or a team) to work for you as a remote employee.
2. Hourly Basis: We keep track of the hours required to complete the work and bill as previously agreed upon (rates and frequency of the task).
3. Project Basist: We define a scope of work and make a proposal based on the submitted information. The proposal is estimated before the fact, based on the complexity and our best estimate of the number of hours that it will take. Once the proposal is approved, the work is kickstarted

Our lead times vary depending on the specific service required and its complexity. Upon reviewing your needs, we will provide you with an estimated timeframe for completion.

The onboarding process typically involves a discovery session to understand your requirements, followed by the development of a customized solution plan. We work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support to optimize our partnership for mutual success.
