The founders of LINK Outsourcing bring over 32 years of combined experience in the roofing industry. After having successfully established Roofing Solutions (a leading commercial roofing contractor in the Southeastern United States), the company owners recognized the need to streamline their operations. Hence LINK: founded in Costa Rica in 2012 to provide dedicated back-office support for their own roofing company in the U.S.
The symbiotic relationship between both companies grew to the extent of allowing LINK to develop services and specialized solutions for various roofing company needs. Besides improving Roofing Solutions’ efficiency and productivity, the synergy also contributed to cutting down operational redundancies, making both sister companies more profitable.
